What a change!

What a change! I love my nights with my cats contentedly sitting with me.

I find that using that voice and talking to both cats calmly, like you taught me, really helps to diffuse any tension between the two of them. So we are still working on the “relationship” but definitely making progress…..

I can’t believe the difference!

I have been struggling with 2 cats who did not get along for a few years now leading to a situation so extreme, that I had to section off my house to avoid the unpleasant and frustrating experience of territorial marking. The situation was so intolerable for me, I often considering surrendering one cat. That was until I met Elena. Elena came into my home for our first interview when I was looking for a pet sitter. She instantly recognized the problem and was confident that she could help me achieve a harmonious life for both cats.

Very quickly, Elena helped me to understand the root cause of what was going on. She helped me understand how my cats were perceiving the situation and how my reactions were actually reinforcing a situation I didn’t want. While I was nervous to trust them again, she worked with me to establish the outcome that I most wanted. Reinforcing the positive, addressing the negative, consistently and fairly for both cats. My cats adored her and welcomed the changes she brought into my home.

I quickly began to see progress… my growing confidence and trust soon represented itself in my cats. The ‘alpha’ behaviours began to lessen and the cat that lived in fear and used to seek protection, soon began to confidently and openly lay in open spaces where she could freely accept the love and attention she so deserved. I can’t believe the difference in them in a week – their progress is remarkable and I feel like I have a restored home of trust and love. Elena’s love her deep understanding of pets and their needs is so evident.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Elena Hernaci who runs “adorablepamperedpets”

Elena Hernaci from adorable pampered pets was recommended to me by my banker.
I spent one hour with Elena and immediately felt confident that she was very knowledgeable in her business as well as a most caring person. She comes with a ten year background in the business which showed in my dog.
